Last week we exhibited at the London Textile Fair in the Business Design Centre, Islington, which was a roaring success. A big “hello” to all our new contacts and also to our lovely existing friends and clients who came along to see us.
We were so busy that at times we were showing designs to 3 groups of clients at one time. Overall everyone felt that this year there is a strong and renewed interest in prints. In particular designers were looking for vintage beautiful florals, botanicals and over sized flowers. The Boho patchworks, horizontals and scarf looks are still hot but these need to be complexed and have lots of surface interest.
Our blog is one year old this week and goes from strength to strength and many more followers joined up after the fair. This post is a celebration of all our blogging friends, old and new, so let the pictures from the show talk for themselves!
Life should be fun and colourful and that’s just what we are all about.
